This October... Les Nuits de Pologne returns for a 4th edition, and to our great
delight! And yours too, right ? From October 10 to 13, 2024, a dozen young international artists, accompanied by their French teachers, will travel to Poland to enjoy the unique experience of
Francophone musical encounters. What if it were you?
The star of the show? The French-speaking world, of course!
Learning French is great, singing it is even better, and singing it in Poland? Extraordinary! All you have to do is choose the French song that most appeals to you, and that you'd like to perform on stage, from the rich musical repertoire of Les Nuits du Monde.
What's next? It's up to you to get at least one person to sing and another to accompany (but you can be a lot more if you want!), then work on the song in the FLE class, at home, on the bus, at your grandparents' - in a word, work.
What's next? Go to Poland to present the fruit of your rehearsals on a real stage, with real lighting, in front of a real audience of young people and entertainment professionals.
Not just on stage!
French chanson will of course be in the spotlight throughout this 2024 edition, thanks to the choice of songs, their interpretations, and the professional French-speaking artists who will be on hand again this year to accompany the students. In addition to what happens on stage, the students will benefit from real professional support: musical workshops, meetings and collaborations with professional French-speaking artists, sound checks and rehearsals, studio recordings of their songs, and music video production. A true professional program that combines artistic and human experience.

What changes in 2024
The same old, same old - or almost! The 2024 edition remains international and reinforces this dimension by opening up well beyond European borders, with all countries welcome.
This year, the link between artists and young people is even stronger. The artists at the heart of the event will be even more involved. They will act as real mentors, working actively with the youngsters throughout the event, sharing their experience, know-how and passion.
Studio recordings being a crucial stage of Les Nuits de Pologne, this 2024 edition will give the young people more time to prepare for this moment, record and work in relation with the sound engineer.
What about the teachers?
- Teachers will be able to take part in workshops designed to support them in their practice of atelier chant in French lessons.
- Various events will be organized, including unique moments with songwriters and entertainment professionals.
The masterclass
The young people selected to take part in Nuits du Monde will be offered individual
professional support in the form of an online masterclass in French singing, to prepare them even better for singing and stage techniques. This masterclass is a privileged opportunity for each
participant to discuss his or her song, techniques and musical choices, and to receive advice from professional artist Iris Munos.
Then :
- You are a middle school, high school or university student
- between 8 and 23 years old
- Are available on September 10, 11 and 12 for the masterclass and on October 10, 11, 12 and 13 for les Nuits de Pologne

Terms and conditions
- The group must not exceed 3 people and must include at least one singer,
- The song chosen must be from the Nuits du Monde repertoire,
- On-site accommodation and meals are organized and paid for by Nuits du Monde,
- The venue and basic technical equipment are provided for both the rehearsals and the concert,
- The cost of travel to the Rencontres musicales francophones is borne by the participants,
- A fee of 200 zlotys is charged for young people from Poland, and 60 € for young people from other countries.
Terms and conditions
To take part in the Nuits, you must first
- complete the application form
- enclose signed regulations
- pay a pre-registration fee of 10 euros per group
We will then proceed with the selection of projects, and will get back to you by e-mail at the end of May.
The lucky ones will be invited to take part in the online singing training course in September (compulsory!).
Then off to Poland, under the spotlight!
